​Our Letting Options

• Single Rooms from £80 per week

• Double Rooms from £110 per week

• Bedsits from £650 per month

• Flats from £750 per month

Rooms

• Fully furnished (including fridge)

• Fully inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water Rates

• Fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens (with washing machines) shared with the other tenants of the property

• We don't take deposits, instead we ask you to pay two weeks rent in advance which will remain as a credit on you rent account.

• Rooms and Bedsits - You must complete a minimum of 12 weeks stay after which you can give one weeks notice to leave. (Rent payable in advance)

• Flats - You must complete a minimum of 6 months stay after which you can give one month notice to leave. (Rent payable in advance)

• Tenants must be over 21 years of age and in full employment

• All properties have a cleaner once a week to clean the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas of the property

• Fully furnished

• Most properties fully inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water Rates

• Returnable deposit of 4 times the weekly rent is required. Tenancy term and notice to be agreed by Assured shorthold tenancy agreement. (Rent payable monthly in advance)

• Tenants must be over 25 years of age and in full employment
